Dr. Carolyn Mein is a nationally recognized expert on health and nutrition. Her practice has been dedicated to helping her clients achieve long term health and well-being by understanding themselves better, both physically and mentally. She is also the researcher behind and author of the textbook entitled Different Bodies, Different Diets and holds degrees in chiropractic, acupuncture and bio-nutrition. She is a Fellow of the American Council of Applied Clinical Nutrition (F.A.C.A.C.N) and a charter member of the International College of Applied Kinesiology. Several years ago I discovered Carolyn Mein's research workbook when I was on the journey to heal myself after an injury. My continuous interest in health care research and new findings led me to meet with Carolyn to understand more and to hear about her background and the research work that led to her fascinating discoveries.

Carolyn and I will guide you on a fun and insightful journey to understand not only your body type and related personality traits, but also learn about the differences in the other 24 body types - those you live with and work with every day!
